Pursuant to Articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right, among other things, to obtain from the seller free repair or replacement of products that show a lack of conformity within 24 months from the date of delivery. The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

What is a lack of conformity?

According to Article 129 of the Consumer Code, a product has a lack of conformity if it is not fit for the use for which products of the same type are ordinarily used, if it does not conform to the seller's description in terms of quality or performance, or if it does not have the usual qualities and performance of goods of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect taking into account the nature of the product.

In case of lack of conformity, the CUSTOMER shall have the right to obtain a refund of the price and shipping costs. The rights arising from the legal guarantee of conformity may be exercised provided that the PRODUCTS have been used correctly, with due diligence and in compliance with the intended use and as provided in the enclosed indications, as well as upon presentation by the CUSTOMER of the delivery note and the indication of the order number. Expenses related to the return of PRODUCTS as a result of the exercise of the warranty will be borne by Tuttoanatomia.it

The legal warranty of conformity shall be limited to defects not arising from the normal use of the PRODUCT.
