The nosepieces and lower airway are disposable.

An IV can also be applied for more advanced training.
The Advanced CPR Resuscitation Dog Manikin is attached to a small box that displays a feedback light when the correct volume of ventilation is applied, another light indicates the correct position for cardiac massage, a third light indicates the correct compression depth, and a beep and light indicate that excessive pressure is being applied..
When correct ventilations are applied, a visible chest rise appears.
