Radiology Simulator - Whole-body manikin for Computed Tomography. Erler Zimmer R16950

Full-body manikin For training and education in Computed Tomography.
Provides a wide range of educational applications as well as visual evaluation and observation of optimal scanning conditions.

The radiology medicine simulator can also be used for X-ray scanning, showing extremely realistic images.
The manikin contains no metal or liquid parts.
The manikin's main joints are very similar to the real ones, allowing various types of positioning for training.

In its new version, the shoulder joint has been further improved to allow the manikin to lift its arm.
In addition, the manikin can be disassembled into 10 parts.

The internal organs are anatomically very correct, and individually have the Hounsfield number approximately similar to that of the real organs.

Positioning of the patient simulator for radiological medicine:

  • The shoulders can be rotated 360 degrees in the sagittal plane, and about 180 degrees laterally.
  • The hip joint can rotate forward to about 90 degrees. Then it can perform an abduction of about 45 degrees
  • The knee joint can bend up to 90 degrees
  • The dummy can be placed in a supine position with frog legs
  • All limbs and head are detachable into joints and neck, for use in a much wider range of applications
  • Head support facilitates positioning of the head in a variety of ways
